BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT'S OVERVIEW
Boys and Girls 3rd grade - 8th grade
BRYC Basketball Tournaments are offered to all teams looking to prepare for basketball leagues, addition games for training purposes and just plain old basketbal tournament fun. Tournaments gives players and coaches the chance to play against teams from other areas, experiment with with different lineups and plays, keep the the team focused in off season, and supplement your league schedule. The Tournament program traditionally offers a pre-season Thanksgiving Tournament, a New Year's school break Tournament, post season March Tounament, and June Summer League Tournament. Tournament Season runs from November thru early March in Farifax County, Virginia

Tounament are offered for Boys and Girls 3rd grade through 8th grade
What is the cost: $395
The Tournament registration fee is $395
How are divisions I, II and III formed:
All Teams interested in playing in a BRYC Tournament must register and indicate their division preference. Teams must discuss their seeding with Tournament Staff prior to each tournament (email brychoops@verizon.net). BRYC seeks to provide competitives games and avoid blow-outs. Tournament Staff reserve the right to move teams to different divisions during the tournament.
Warm-up and Practices:
Practice time is generally not available. Warm-ups are prior to each game for 5 minutes.
Games:
League games are normally played each week and can be held on both weekends and week nights. Tournament play is on weekends.
Where are games played:
Games are scheduled primarily in Fairfax County. However, the team may play games in Loudon, Arlington, Alexandria, and Prince William counties depending on gym availability.
