Winter League

Boys and Girls Pre-K to 12th Grade

This league is designed for players to develop individual skills along with enjoying the game in a lightly competitive environment.  

The season typically begins in November with team formation and runs through the end of February.  During the season, practices are held one evening a week for one hour at a local school gym or community center with one game per weekend.  Games generally begin in December or early January.  Open gyms are generally held in early November. BRYC will attempt to accommodate special requests.

Practices Begin - Week of November 28, 2022 (Week after Thanksgiving)

Tentative Coach Training/Equipment Pick Up  - Weekend of December 3/4, 2022

First Scrimmages - Weekend of December 10/11, 2022

Winter Break - Week of December 19, 2022 and Week of December 28, 2022

Practices Resume - Week of January 3, 2022

First Games - Weekend of January 7/8, 2023

Season Ends - Weekend of February 25/26, 2023

Boys 3/4 Grade Advanced League

The boys 3/4th grade advanced league is designed for players who have played basketball for a few seasons and would like to play at a more competitive level with the intent to move forward with county travel basketball in 5th grade.  The advanced league is tryout based.
